Osiris Collazos Monroy is a Colombian social communicator and journalist, certified in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution by Harvard University, as well as a life coach and Master Trainer in the Enneagram Game. She completed two postgraduate diplomas in Emotional Biodecoding and Holistic Therapies from El Rosario University in Bogotá, Colombia.
She migrated to the United States in 2000 with her daughter, experiencing firsthand the challenges, grief, and growth that come with the migration process. Since then, she has dedicated her life to supporting the Latino community — especially women — on their journey toward adaptation, empowerment, and emotional well-being.
With over 15 years of experience in community relations and marketing at the Compare Foods supermarket chain, Osiris has maintained direct contact with the realities, needs, and strengths of the migrant population in the United States.
“Migration is more than crossing borders; it is the art of returning to yourself… of reconnecting with your authentic self.”
